Cowgirl Character
I created this character in 2008 for promotional purposes, aimed at the handheld/iPhone/Wii market.

I built the skeleton from scratch using Max bones, but it's pretty simple, just enough for posing purposes. For animation I would add more controls, IK, helpers, etc. To prep it for facial animation I would tweak the mouth area into a more neutral open-mouth pose.
